No Crying Foundation Terms & Conditions

1. All facilities will be given according to agreement of NCF.
2. While taking the facilities, you will be required to write a witness from your neighbored and one nominee from you family in agreement.
3. You will have to give a nominee in agreement of your family. In case your become ill or die, nominee will be pay on your behalf to the foundation.
4. If a person tries to runaway with foundation money, legal action can also be taken against him.
5. If you take any facilities from the foundation, get your EMI (without Interest) done according to your convenience.
6. Hence the NCF organization has purpose fulfill your need and remove your problem. So, do not make trouble trust. If you cheat or fraud with NCF, you will create problems yourself too.
7. It will be mandatory to read and sign the agreement on the facilities given by foundation.
8. In any type of emergency such as riot disaster, lockdown, curfew or natural disaster the facility of deliver Ration at your home will also be provided on your request.
9. If any member of NCF gives any kind of objectionable statement or involving in any objectionable activities such as religious, Treason etc. NCF will not be responsible for this and that person will have absconded from NCF Trust.
10. All the legal matters will be seen in only Delhi Judiciary.
11. In future NCF can make further changes in Term & Condition for goodness of NCF Members.
